1. | How long is my Probationary period? | For Estate Agents the probation period is 1 year. Property Management, Valuation and Auctioneering probation period takes 2 years. These probation periods can run simultaneously. |
2. | When are the REIB Full Membership Exams? | REIB Exams are held annually in May and November every year. |
3. | How much are the exams? | Exams cost P750.00. For example if you write Estate Agency only you pay P750 and if you write all 3 you also pay P750 only. P750 covers all exams, you don’t have to pay for each. Exam Re-sits and exam cost P350 |
4. | Which Qualification gives me what membership? | Certificate gives you Estate Agency only Degree gives you Estate Agency, Property Management and Valuation |
5. | Built-in rechargeable lithium‑ion battery | Subscriptions are stand alone yearly payments to be paid by December 31st each year and no later than February 28th/29th of the following year. Unless advised by the Council |
